Is life stressing you out? Tough day at work? Secret pregnancy? Inconsistent bowel movements?
1. Can I suggest taking a smoke break?
2. I would also like to suggest picking up smoking.
3. The advantage of starting to smoke is the feeling of accomplishment you get when you quit smoking. Your family and friends will be very supportive and everyone will congratulate you on a job well done, kicking such a nasty habit.
4. Look at those results! Stress and problems have been relieved, a feeling of self-accomplishment has been instilled, and hey people like you now.
5. Lather, rinse, repeat as necessary.
